"Refund took way too long"
Yeah... the return process was frustrating. I had to follow up with them twice before my refund finally got sorted, which felt like it took way longer than it should have.

I bought a shirt on impulse and, of course, picked the wrong size. I was expecting the exchange to be a whole thing, but it was actually really easy on kgstores.com. The updates came in without me having to follow up, and the replacement showed up quicker than I thought it would. Customer support was friendly when I had a question too. no hassle at all, which was exactly what I needed.

I was happy with it. The quality feels really good, it has a nice solid feel to it, and it looks pretty much exactly how I expected. No complaints so far... just seems like a good buy.

The order tracking was useless. It didn’t update at all until after the package had already been delivered, so Captain Helpful over there basically just told me what I already knew.

I’m definitely not going back. The place just felt really dirty overall, the floors were gross, and the shelves looked like they hadn’t been dusted in a while. It made the whole shopping experience unpleasant

I used discount code on kgstores.com and it actually worked, which was nice. The prices dropped more than I thought they would, so now I usually check promo section before buying anything. not much to complain about here. I saved some money and process was simple enough.

I use kgstores.com when I don’t feel like running around to different stores looking for brands I already know. From the way the site feels, I’d assume they’re trying to keep it simple, and for the most part it works. They have a solid mix of brands, and I can usually find what I’m after without too much hassle. The only annoying thing is that some sizes or colors are randomly out of stock, so it’s not always perfect. Still, the brand selection is good overall. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the stock was a little more consistent

My kgstores order arrived in good shape and took about a week to get to me, which felt reasonable. I thought the product quality was solid for the price, and everything matched what I expected. The only thing I’d say is the tracking updates could be a bit clearer, since I had to check a couple times to figure out where it was. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered from kgstores.com and ended up having to return the item. The actual return process was fine, no major issues there, but the refund took way too long to come through. I kept checking my bank thinking it would show up any day, and after a while it just started to feel frustrating. They’re not the worst store I’ve dealt with, but waiting that long for my money back definitely made me trust them a lot less. I’d be hesitant to order again unless they improve their refund timing.

"Faster delivery than most places I’ve tried"
I ordered from kgstores.com and the delivery was quicker than I expected. Compared to a lot of other online stores I’ve used lately, this one felt smooth. I got updates once it shipped, and the parcel showed up in good condition. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking didn’t refresh as quickly as I’d hoped. Still, overall I’m happy with how fast it arrived

Customer service did eventually help me fix the issue with my order, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the wait for a reply was longer than I expected, and it made me second-guess buying in the first place. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wish things had been handled a bit faster.
